A week in a Life of a FaB Virtual Professional

Do you want to know what does a FaB Virtual Professional’s week looks like?

Introducing one of the FaB Virtual Professionals — she’s our Brand & Marketing manager. Before joining the team, she was looking for a working environment that will provide her work-life balance. She wants to achieve her goal of improving her knowledge and skills while spending time with her family.

She is enjoying the freedom to work while taking care of her daughter. She is cherishing the balance of having time for herself while achieving her goals.

Monday — she has VP Implementation Monday meeting with the virtual professionals. They talk about their stuck and how they can overcome them, goals for next week, and share their inspiring experience.

Tuesday — she has a Game plan meeting with the Founder of F@B VP and other Virtual Professionals, where they talk about the progress of their projects and tasks.

After work, she has time to accomplish her personal errands like driving to the grocery, paying bills, and others.

Wednesday — she can work while taking care of her daughter. FaB VP is 100% Pro-moms! VPs are allowed to have a flexible lunch schedule in order to prioritize their responsibilities as parents.

Thursday — she can attend a virtual event with other FaB VPs. FaB VP has events where they enjoy exciting games and prizes.

Friday — she has “How We Won the Week” meeting with the FaB team. We celebrate our wins, share our lessons, give shoutouts, and share our plans for next week.

She is looking forward for achieving more freedom and balance in her life.
