FaB Virtual Professionals started 2 years ago with a dream of inspiring and being the medium for positive business transformations. Our goal is to provide a work-life balance for both our business partners and our FaB VP team members.
FaB means Freedom and Balance. We care for our FaB Virtual Professionals and we want them to achieve Freedom and Balance in different aspects of their lives.

1) A support system
When working remotely, there’s a rare chance to see your colleagues personally because all of you are working in different places in the Philippines. But, having a support system is important so you have team members to ask if you need help on a task. It helps you to finish a project easier if there are other people who are experts in their fields.
We have Monday meetings where we ask the VPs about their stuck or are there any issues that they have been encountering for the past few days.
Also, the most exciting part is we ask them about their Exemplary Experience. It can be personal or work-related and they can share something great that happened over the weekend.
We love knowing that they are doing great at work and in their personal lives.
2) Celebrating weekly wins
We have Friday meetings where we ask them their wins, lessons, and plans for next week. They also love sharing something great that had happened to them. FaB Virtual Professionals love sharing their weekend getaway with their families, having “me time” so they can relax, having dinner dates, and so on. Our weekly wins are important because we feel appreciated and we are motivated to work for another week feeling energized.
3) Hearing each other’s lessons
We learn from each other. FaB VPs are openly sharing their lessons, maybe personal or business-related. Some of them are sharing quotes that they can relate to, new tools that they have learned, and lessons they have from their experience.
This is a way to get to know each other.
